Stay tuned here for more a more detailed schedule over the coming weeks.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2009:
  • Those who are staying at The Lodge usually start arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
  • We encourage attendees to build in a Friday yarn shop crawl on their way to Mt. Magazine. Depending on where you're coming from, you could catch two or three shops on Friday as you travel to The Lodge.
  • There will be few, if any, scheduled activities on Friday evening.
  • Guests are encouraged to gather in the lovely Hearth Room for knitting and visiting. At least one person is planning some relaxed social time in the cabin she's rented.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2009:
  • All Saturday activities will take place in the 3840 sq. ft. conference room. One-third of it will be closed off for class sessions. In the remaining area, vendors will be set up around the edges of the room, while tables and chairs will be available in the middle space for informal sitting, visiting, and knitting/crocheting/spinning.
  • Vendors will be open all day.
  • Classes will include four one-hour (well, actually 50-minute) large group sessions. In the Teaching Corner (for individual instruction), we’ll have opportunities for Exploring Weaving, Crochet Techniques, Spinning Lessons, and Knitting Techniques.
